Effective Teamwork for Volunteers
About the event
Learning to reflect on your own behaviour and performance in a team environment is a great skill to have in volunteer roles and work roles. It can be challenging to have an honest reflection on your own skills but is also a highly valuable skill and something everyone can learn to do. This one hour online workshop will be hosted by Leep’s Manager of Volunteering, Lauren Miles.
Participants will learn to identify the skills needed to be an effective team member and will participate in a remote team building activity. You will reflect on your soft skills that impact your contribution and behaviour in a team and identify ways to practise your skills. This workshop is free for volunteers registered with not-for-profit organisations. Priority is given to organisations in Western Sydney and Neapean areas if registrations reach capacity.
