Drawing on the work of Dr David Rock, in this workshop, Carol gives you an understanding of the basics of our brain functions to understand how we can create a psychologically safe workplace and therefore perform optimally. She gives you some real examples of how to use this information to enhance volunteer engagement in your organisation.
Carol is founder of The Human Equation, a consultancy specialising in assisting organisations to understand, appreciate and optimise the full potential of their people. Carol is a senior human resources practitioner, facilitator and consultant with a wealth of experience across different sectors. She has particular expertise in the not-for-profit sector and brings an understanding of its unique challenges to her work with leaders.
