How it works
Our sessions can be run either face-to-face or via telephone or video chat. These sessions fit to your schedule on a day and time that works best for you and your volunteer Tech Mate. After an initial conversation, where we discuss what assistance you need, we will connect you with a volunteer Tech Mate who will be in touch to arrange your first session.

Is it really free?
Yes! We do welcome voluntary contributions. These funds are used to acknowledge the valuable contribution made by our volunteer Tech Mates. We also accept online donations.
