No, you are able to book in whenever you need. We do believe weekly sessions are the best way to learn and retain information. You can book a session at a day and time that works for you and your Tech Mate.

The most common skills people come to us to learn include: navigating a device, emailing, texting as well as using apps and social media. Tech Mates can support you to learn a variety of skills, however, they can not fix a broken device or assist with hardware issues.

We understand that things can happen unexpectedly. To cancel a session please contact your Tech Mate or contact us directly on (02) 9090 4141
